  1. Can I bring my own things to be personalized?

    • Yes, we are happy to personalize items you've bought elsewhere. Please be aware when bringing items to us that there are certain size limitations to our equipment. It is also important that you understand that embroidery, engraving and etching are destructive processes and cannot be reversed one performed. We do not recommend that you bring heirloom items and other similar precious items as the processes cannot be reversed. For more information on personalizing, please visit our personalization page.
  2. How long does it take to have something embroidered, engraved or etched?

    • Often embroidery can be performed by the next day on items that you bring to us or that we have in store. If the item you would like to embroider must be ordered, it will take a few days to ship to us. Engraving for items that are in store or that you bring to us can often be performed next day also. The exception is cylindrical items and rings, which take a few extra days. Etching will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete as this process is more labor intensive. During the holiday season turn around times can become much longer.
  3. Can I engrave a towel, bag or garment?

    • No, but we would be happy to embroider it for you. Engraving is performed on metal and wood products only. If you are looking to personalize a fabric item, this is done by embroidering. This process is performed by sewing colored thread(s) to the item.
  4. How can I place an order?

    • You can order items from our catalog, call us, or email us.
  5. What image formats do you accept if I want to personalize something with a logo?

    • We accept EPS, AI, GIF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, PDF. Practically any image format will work. The larger the file, or a vector file, the better your final product will look. We can also scan images into our system if you bring them here. Again, size is key, the larger the better. A logo on your business card will not produce a large enough image for us to replicate.
  6. Is there a minimum for ordering items or having them embroidered?

    • There are no minimum orders. We are happy to customize as many or as few items as necessary. We do offer discounts on certain volume orders.
